Ibukita Gallery, is work of Indonesian people called Emilia Hinta, from Gorontalo region who dreamed of bringing Karawo to wider community. The dream brought him to share his feelings with the craftswomen in his hometown, to form Ibukita Gallery, a name that depicts the story of authentic design and living art.
Ibukita Gallery is working together with more than 200 artisans in Gorontalo and a solid creative team, Ibukita Gallery continues to innovate in design. Karawo's preservation went from just a dream to become a reality. That art of embroidery was reborn as a love letter from Indonesian women to every human being who appreciated beauty.
